Enter full address (street, city, state, ZIP).

2. Listing ID:

The listing ID is found in the URL of your listing: fizber.com/home_ID.

We give every seller a unique Web page for his or her listing. And to make it simple for sellers to link to those pages in e-mails and social networking sites, each listing's page is assigned a short URL.

3. Views Counter:

Counts the number of times your ad was viewed.

4. Price:

You can get a sense of what people are asking for by searching for other listings in your neighborhood.

You can set a fixed price or consider the possibility of an auction to get as many buyers as possible engaged in a bidding war.

5. Contacts:

Make sure that you leave your mobile/landline number and e-mail address so that potential buyers could contact you immediately. Fizber.com does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

6. Photos

On the Internet the photos are everything. To list your property, you will need to take digital pictures. A buyer will look at those photos ten or twenty times before making an offer.

  • You can hire a professional photographer for a few hundred dollars, and it’s worth it. We try not to be pushy on this point, but hiring a pro makes a huge difference.
  • Choose the most appealing property pic as a major photo since it will be the first photo the buyers will see when searching for a house for sale. And the first impression matters.

Put your house on the map and it will be marked by a red icon on it. Bird’s eye view allows potential buyers to get a better view of your home.
